    Floor plan and axes

    Every project begins with a floor plan. Axes, rooms and load-bearing points define the basis everything else is built on.

    Structural system

    The skeleton grows from those points. Columns, beams and slabs stand, yet the separate parts do not add up to a connected process.

    Disciplines and layers

    Ventilation, water, electrical and supply run through the building as their own layers. Each is complete in itself and knows little of the others. The colours identify the disciplines only.

    The building

    Facade, windows, balconies, roof and interior rooms complete the structure into one coherent residential building. Separate parts become an order in which every element has its place.

    Information with a reference

    Individual objects come forward with restraint and their references stay traceable through GlobalIds. Information keeps its link to the place it came from.

  6. 06

    The decision stays with the office

    The context is laid out clearly. The professional judgment and the responsibility stay with the people who carry the project.

    Everything in one place

    What was separate before now stands together. At the entrance the door opens, and behind it ArchOS brings the individual pieces together in one place.
